Outstation Drop TaxiTerms & Conditions

1. Booking

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized partners.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS after payment (if applicable).
• Please double-check pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, and contact details at the time of booking.

2. Pricing

• Fares are calculated based on distance, trip type (One Way / Round Trip), and vehicle category.
• Additional charges like tolls, parking fees, state permits, and night charges may apply.
• Final fare may vary if the actual distance or route differs from the estimated booking.

3. Payment

• Payment can be made online at the time of booking or directly to the driver.
• In some cases, an advance amount may be required to confirm the booking.
• Cancellation charges may apply as per the cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation 24 hours before the pickup time: Full Refund.
• Cancellation between 12-24 hours: 50% Refund.
• Cancellation within 12 hours of pickup: No Refund.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days.

5. Pickup & Waiting Time

• Drivers may wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
• Additional waiting time may attract extra charges, billed per 15 minutes.

6. Luggage & Belongings

• Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings.
• The company is not liable for any loss or damage of personal property during the trip.

7. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicle usage is strictly limited to the trip booked.
• Requests for additional stops or detours may incur extra charges.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

8. Driver Behavior

• All drivers are licensed and trained professionals.
• Passengers are expected to maintain decorum during the trip.
• In case of any disputes, please contact our support team immediately.

9. Liability

• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, an alternative vehicle will be arranged, subject to availability.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the company is headquartered.
